Project Engineer

Our client, a leading technical engineering and construction partner operating across EMEA, the Americas and APAC are looking to hire a Project Engineer (Civils) for their projects in Norway. Role Overview: The Project Engineer supports the technical delivery of complex construction projects across data centre, logistics, and pharmaceutical developments. Working closely with Project Managers, Design Managers, and site teams, the Project Engineer ensures that engineering, quality, safety, and programme requirements are coordinated and delivered in line with project objectives. This role requires a strong engineering foundation, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively within fast-paced, highly regulated construction environments. Qualifications, Education & Experience Degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline) Experience working on construction projects, ideally within industrial, commercial, or mission-critical sectors Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation Effective communication and coordination skills Organised, proactive, and detail-focused approach Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams Desirable: Experience on data centre, pharmaceutical, or logistics projects Site-based experience with a main contractor or specialist contractor Familiarity with QA/QC, commissioning, and handover processes Knowledge of H&S regulations and quality management systems Skills: civil engineering structural engineer drawings technical documents QA/QC Commissioning
